Check out today’s recipe about grilled stuffed peppers and impress your guests next time when you raise the lid.

Ingredients you’ll need:

A couple of bell peppers

Ground beef

Onions, diced

Kosher salt

Ground black pepper

Garlic powder

Tomato sauce

Your favourite cheese, shredded

Worcestershire sauce

Red pepper flake

Tools you’ll need:

Royal Gourmet Barbecue Tongs

Royal Gourmet Wood Chips Smoker Box

Royal Gourmet Non-Stick Wok Topper

Grill Recommended:

Royal Gourmet Charcoal Grill with Offset Smoker CC1830F

Get some nice and beautiful bell peppers, no matter yellow, green or red.

Slice the top off and detach the seeds and membranes, making these peppers some colorful little bowls.

Slice off a little from the bottom as well, allowing for the stable stand of these beautiful bowls.

Mix the ground beef with diced onions, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Form the meat into patties loosely.

Set up your Royal Gourmet charcoal grill, and lightly grease with oil. If you are using gas grill, you can also use Royal Gourmet wood chips smoker box to give your food the smokey flavor.

Grill the beef onion patties directly over medium high heat, giving that lovely sear marks and mouthwatering smokey flavors, approximately 5 minutes for each side.

Transfer the grilled beef to a large bowl. Rest until cool down.

Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder and red chili flakes. Customize the quantity as you like.

Mix the grilled beef and the spices well. Meanwhile you can already smell the great flavor from charcoal grill, beef and the spices.

Stuff the peppers with the beef mixture.

Place the stuffed peppers on grates over indirect heat. Or you can use Royal Gourmet

Non-stick wok topper to keep all the peppers well collected.

Put the lid down and let them cook for 45-50 minutes. Keep the temperature around 275-300 Fahrenheit by adjusting the stack and air vent.

Top the stuffed peppers with shredded cheese half way during the cooking.

When the stuffed peppers are well cooked and the cheese is perfectly melt, transfer them to a platter or a cutting board to serve.

If you haven’t tasted it before, try this tasty recipe out and give your backyard party a lot more fun!
