Herb Garlic Steak Marinade

For every griller, the biggest pleasure may be the moment when our backyard grill delivers a juicy, sizzling and flavorful steak. There are no better matches than the steak and grill in the world. If you love eating steaks, why are you spending so much time and money going to a restaurant? The best steak is made in backyard.

In today’s recipe, we are going to grill steak with this great marinade. Once you tried it, you won’t forget the fabulous taste.

Ingredients you’ll need:

1/2 cup olive oil

1/3 cup soy sauce

Fresh juice from 1 lemon

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp hot sauce

1 tsp granulated garlic powder

2 garlic cloves, minced

3 tbsp dried basil

1 tbsp dried parsley

1 tsp ground white pepper

Tools you’ll need:

Royal Gourmet Barbecue Tongs

Royal Gourmet Chimney Starter

Grill recommended:

Royal Gourmet CC1830F Charcoal Grill with Offset Smoker

Get your steak ready in room temperature. If you are going to grill the steak out from a fridge, remember to rest the steak to room temperature before grilling. You don’t want to eat a grilled steak while it’s tough and cold inside.

In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until the marinade is thoroughly mixed.

The great steak marinade is then easily made. You don’t have to do anything complicated. Simply add everything in a blender and it’s done.

In a flat bowl, put the steak in and pour the marinade over. Toss the steak so it coats well.

Let the steak marinate for 3-8 hours. You can either cover the bowl with cling film or simply throw the steak in a Ziploc bag together with marinade.

Preheat your Royal Gourmet charcoal grill. We always love to grill a steak in a charcoal grill, in order to get that phenomenal smokey taste. It is actually not hard to handle. With Royal Gourmet chimney starter you can set up the fire with ease.

While the steak is well-marinated, drain and discard the marinade. Place it in grill over medium heat and put the lid down.

It usually takes 5-8 minutes for each side to grill, depending on the size of your steak.

Once the steak reaches your desired doneness, transfer it to a cutting board with Royal Gourmet barbecue tongs. It is noticeable that you should use two pairs of tongs to carry raw and cooked meat.

Let the steak rest for 10-15 minutes. It actually continues cooking during the time resting.

Slice the steak and serve with salad and a glass of wine.

While slicing your steak, you can already feel the fragrance from a freshly grilled steak, smokey, garlicky, and mouthwatering.

In your backyard grill party, a successfully grilled steak will definitely give you a great sense of achievement. And this great recipe plus the excellent-performance grill is your biggest help!
