8 lion or rib lamb chops
each about 6 ounces and 1 ½ inches thick
3 tsp olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
The most important thing is to control the fire well. It’s necessary for us to build a two-level fire, which means that you need to put all the coals on the one side. What is it for? For better doneness. And when the flames have gone out, all the coals are covered with grey ash, put the lamb chops on grill.
