Delivery
Please allow 1 business day for orders to be processed and dispatched. Delivery will take about 3-4 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll get a shipment notification email where you’ll find a tracking number specific to your order. Make sure you check your Junk, and Spam folders in your email account.
Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations. If you require any modifications, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to assist you to the best of our ability.
Return & Refund
We're happy to facilitate a return or exchange for new, unused products in original packaging. If you wish to return your product, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
At this time, we are unable to accept returns for packages, coupons, and gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
For the quickest resolution and to ensure you receive the desired item, we recommend returning the item you currently have. Once the return is processed and accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Warranty and Wear & Tear
We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under proper assembly, normal residential use, and recommended care for 1-Year Full Warranty from the date of original retail purchase. The warranty does not cover the paint finish as it may burn off during normal use. RUST is not considered a manufacturing or material defect.
We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to promptly assess the situation and take the necessary steps to rectify it.
